It's random, I know, but I just suddenly had this recurring feeling that I'm becoming jaded. I feel like the Sec4 me was really ages and ages ago. I can't remember behaving like I did in Sec4. I wonder why this is so, and it's sad, really, because it means we're all growing up, and growing OLD. Well, as compared to the JC1s, I have to say that it's as if there's this really really big age gap between us. They seem so carefree and all, and I can't remember feeling like that. This is ridiculous, I wonder if it's just my memory deteriorating or us becoming OLD. We just received our MSA results recently, and in all honesty, it sucked big time. I had studied so hard, but it was definitely not reflected in most of my results. Sometimes, I just can't help but liken my brain to a sponge. I absorb information rather easily, but lose them just as easily. Things don't seem to want to stick around in my brain. Maybe my white or grey matter repels information. Hehehe. Well, this week hasn't been very nice to me. The OG orientation took a lot out of me, and I can't explain this fatigue I've been feeling for the past few days. Hahas, but the nice thing was that we got to play OrCganic, a game where we play orcs, and have to capture the other team's flag, and cast spells based on the organic reactions we manage to complete, during Chemistry tutorial today. It probably sounds pretty lame here, but it's super cool, especially when you're playing with the entire class. It's like WarCraft actually, and it was like playing LAN during class. The next 3/4 tutorials will be spent playing OrCganic too, or so I heard. Hahas! Also, with any luck, maybe I'll get to meet up with LiHui, YongQing and TingXin tomorrow, and maybe YuanLin too. I know I'll be oh-so-tired, but it'd be nice to be someplace else other than home and school, and take my mind off work for awhile. Sometimes I just want to lie back, close my eyes and forget the world for awhile, but it's almost impossible, given the speed with which time is flying by.
