I've been blogging less and less frequently these days. The recent Friday sure wasn't the best day in my life, and though I wasn't that upset about it, it did affect me in some ways or another. It's a heavy, dead weight feeling in me, and I can't get rid of it. It's so frustrating. People used to tell me to do everything I should do now, and take whatever opportunities that present themselves to me, so as to not allow myself regret when I've grown up, that I didn't try what I could when I was younger. Now, though, I really wonder if that's true. My day did become a great deal better when I got home and found that mummy had gotten me the book I was hoping to get. The Rape of Nanking by Iris Chang. I spent much of my free time reading it, knowing I probably wouldn't be able to get any homework done on Friday. It was nice to get lost in a book again, it's been awhile since I last did that, and it did alleviate the weight when I was engrossed.
Hmm, enough with spewing nonsense for everybody to see. Well, I just wanted to thank Chamelene again, for helping me with my organic Chemistry. The way you teach reminds me a lil of my old tuition teacher, Jeremy, actually. It's a great deal clearer now, though I wouldn't count on that helping me do well yet. Chemistry's been becoming clearer since the start of this year, but I still haven't been doing well at all. Recently, I chanced upon this ridiculous quote that I've read before, and it did make me chortle. "Happiness is much like peeing in your pants.
